Farmer in the Grand Parc with 80 hectares, Philippe Vacher puts a lot into an organic, local and quality cultivation. He suggests throughout the year delicious and organic vegetables in the Halle de Jons and in Meyzieu. It is a fleeting sale of four products: tomato passata, aubergine dip, ratatouille and squash cream soup are available in L’atol’ reception during the month of April and while stocks last. This first fleeting sale will serve as trial to offer to customers different products certified "Les Saveurs du Grand Parc" throughout the year.
Jean-Claude Geoffray farms 197 hectares in Jons and a small plot in the Grand Parc. He sells the production directly to his farm: eggs, milk, goat’s cheese, cottage cheese, cow’s fromage frais… A traditional farm: produced cereals are used to feed animals and goats’ milk is used to make cheese… In favour of a well-reasoned farming and of quality products, Jean-Claude Geoffray by the side of the Grand Parc is enrolling in the labelling process. He already suggests his products in the "Les Saveurs du Grand Parc" restaurant and during different events.
