Food quality is directly associated with good health. But, inequalities in this field tend to increase, generating important problems of public health. The Grand Parc has chosen its side concerning food through its brand and its certification label "Les Saveurs du Grand Parc" and through the promotion of eco-friendly farming (organic farming, agroforestry). This privileged place brings producers and consumers closer, including the most distant, in terms of food habits, organic and local products. The Grand Parc wants to assert itself as a key player in food education.
